PREDATORY K9 WOLF

Predators are abundant throughout Alberta, from the yipping coyotes of the open prairies to the deep, haunting howls of grey wolves in the northern boreal forest. Success rates at our Great White camps are consistently strong for both species.

One of the most memorable parts of predator hunting is hearing a response—howls and vocalizations echoing through the brush as hunters wait for an opportunity. Coyotes and wolves are highly vocal animals and respond well to a variety of calling techniques, including mimicked vocalizations and prey distress calls. Our hunts utilize a combination of calling and baiting to maximize success.

Wolf hunts take place out of our northern bear camp in the remote boreal forest. Wolf hunts are conducted in cold, isolated conditions, making them a true northern challenge.
